• 2.1 Threadneedle Finance operates as a commercial finance brokerage, helping businesses in the UK access funding and other finance solutions from credit providers, lenders, banks, and other finance institutions. Our services include providing guidance, facilitating applications, and connecting businesses with suitable finance options.
• 2.2 While the Service is free of charge to you, we may receive commission from Finance Providers for introductions we make to them. Usually we receive payment directly from the Finance Providers based upon successful provision of finance. If you would like to know how much we will be paid by the Finance Provider, we may be able disclose this information to you on request.
• 2.3 Nothing on Our Site constitutes professional advice on which you should rely. It is provided for general information purposes only.
• 2.4 We are a credit broker and do not provide loans or funding ourselves. All finance and quotes are subject to status and income. We are not regulated by and are not required to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other body. We only provide brokering services to businesses and not to consumers (individuals) or sole traders. 3.0 Eligibility and your responsibilities

• 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Site and services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We and any lenders, credit institutions, banks and financial institutions may take into account information about yours and your owners' or directors' financial associates in yours or their credit reference.
